1. Introduction

Schiphol Taxi 24 respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). This policy explains which data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect

• Name, e-mail and phone number (for booking and confirmation)
• Pickup and drop-off address (to perform the ride)
• Flight number (to monitor your arrival)
• Payment data (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us)
• Website data (IP address, browser, pages visited via cookies)

3. Purpose & legal basis

We process your data to (a) perform the transport agreement, (b) communicate about your booking, (c) comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax administration), and (d) improve our service. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legal obligation (6.1.c) and legitimate interest (6.1.f).

4. Retention period

Booking data is retained for 7 years for tax purposes. Marketing data is removed within 2 years of last contact, or earlier upon request.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with processors who help us deliver the service: hosting (Lovable Cloud), e-mail provider, payment provider and accounting software. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Cookies

Our website uses functional cookies (necessary for the site to work) and anonymous analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and to object to processing. Send a request to info@schipholtaxi24.com — we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access control, encrypted backups) to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.
