1. Definitions
"Carrier" refers to M.S.M.A Service, trading as Schiphol Taxi 24, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 80080251. "Customer" refers to any natural or legal person who books a transport service. "Ride" refers to the agreed transport from pickup to drop-off location.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all offers, bookings and rides carried out by Schiphol Taxi 24. By placing a booking the customer accepts these terms in full.
3. Booking & confirmation
A booking is binding once Schiphol Taxi 24 has confirmed it in writing (e-mail or WhatsApp). The customer is responsible for providing correct pickup address, time, flight number and contact details.
4. Prices & payment
All quoted prices are fixed all-in prices including VAT, fuel, tolls and standard luggage. Payment is made by PIN, credit card or cash in the taxi, unless agreed otherwise. Business clients may receive an invoice on account.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Within 24 hours 50% of the fare is charged. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours are charged at 100% of the fare.
6. Waiting time
For Schiphol pickups we monitor the flight and include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. For other pickups 10 minutes are included; additional waiting time is charged at €0,75 per minute.
7. Liability
Schiphol Taxi 24 is insured according to Dutch law. Liability for delays caused by traffic, weather or third parties is excluded. The customer is responsible for arriving on time at pickup. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the ride.
8. Complaints
Complaints must be reported in writing within 14 days of the ride to info@schipholtaxi24.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
